Very true sir We would be on life support or completely toast. Without those things in place or on the verge we would probably not have been able to raise the last round of money that is allowing for the work hapening now.   it would have had us sitting here with empty pockets. If we were lucky we would have been able to tread water for a while. Maybe some opportunist would have bought
