Check out PNPN.....we (CRE) owns 20% of the equity.....looks like a good source of cash for us right now....and may get better

I bought some at .21 sold at .42, figured a double is worth selling, should have held longer.

No shame in taking profits. They are doing great but I also wouldn't be at all surprised if they do a raise soon to take advantage of the high water mark.
