Directly it doesn't, indirectly it shows me that the US government are keen to loan money and invest in Recycling and New Green Technology. We know that COTEC are talking to the US Government with regards the Mkango/Maginito/Hypromag project.....COTEC are all about Green Technologies and Recycling....
