The NOA was expected in the summer and an agreement with the First Nations was expected in JUNE(!!!).  I expect that John Lee has received very bad news (there was a rumour in Manitoba that Norway House was going to protest the mine!!!) and is not sharing with the market.  No EAL and no First Nation support and project soon to be bankrupt (look at recent financials).  This is hard
