LOL yes maybe its not such a bad idea after all :)  I wonder what they are asking for in the case...hopefully its small and gets settled out of court.

This commercial application has been licensed to Catch the Wind, Inc. for production." This is from a 2008 acticle on Optical Air Data's website. Is Catch The Wind Inc. and Catch The Wind Ltd. the same or is this the trademark issue.
