There is no IP ! There is no patent !! Peter played this !! He should belong in jail !! TSX doesn't care about the investor !! Another failed government entity !!

According to this, multiple patent applications, at least one granted. Dunno if there would be others under different "applicant name(s)"? Doesn't matter much at this junction anywho... https://patents.justia.com/assignee/cvr-global-inc

Could CVM just get on with it utilising the patented aspects of the product and then, when Bakema files a lawsuit refuse to make any payments under the restructuring agreement, pending resolution of the patent dispute . . .then string it out long enough that; at 66 Bakema would probably have left us naturally anyway, hastened by the stress of the dispute. A risky strategy but right now what else ...more

Theoretically they could but it would require a complete new management team whom investors could trust not the present shower of Blunden, Lynch and Bendick who are all just Bakema's useful fools.  Without credible management they don't have a hope in hell of raising the necessary funds in the first place.  I agree with Aquaman's earlier post.  Unfortunately, until ...more
