CWV and CTA Combined....

CWV and CTA Combined....I am a CTA holder. Anybody take a guess on the value and future of the new combined compnay of CTA and CWV ? I bleive the split is 60% CWV and CTA 40%. It seems like it is good timing given oil at 50USD. Any ideas? Cheers TD12
