Wonder if this is because they failed to submit financials on time.  Hope not.  Is there a possibility of good news?

If it is for anything other than good news the CEO has to go.  No platform, no revenue, no news.  If they can't keep up with the filing regulations what the hell are they doing?  Roger is the CEO not the CSO and needs to consider the whole of the company not just grinding away on a platform that is late to market and ignore the rest of the company and its needs and requirements.

It's not good news.    It's a FFCTO, (failure to file cease trade order).  So yeah, for this and another thousand reasons he needs to go.

I would love to be wrong.  I searched the IIROC CTO database.   https://cto-iov.csa-acvm.ca/SearchArticles.asp?Instance=101&AttrSet7=0&Attr7=1&Attr7=2&XSL=SearchArticlesAdvanced If you search on Calyx you will see a CTO listed for May 6, 2019 with the FFCTO flag listed as "yes".
