Stop Talking and Start Doing

All I've heard for years are words like exciting and fantastic. I cannot believe that not ONE deal has been inked, not even a letter of intent, but then how would we know? With Gilles' lackadaisical business style nobody knows really! And that's why the SP is in the doldrums. Just scooped a pile of NGTF trading on the OTC market. If anyone wants to see how a real President and CEO should interact with shareholders, I encourage you to go to the Telegram app and type in Nightfood Holdings. No BS and no Fluff but fully engaged with his shareholders as he builds his business, which recently signed an agreement with Walmart to sell in 1000 locations in the U.S.

Minty nails it. There is no time for that real business building heavy lifting.  Have to get that presentation to academia done on our exciting process developments and then have to get a fantastic research study kicked off so we can write more papers......... I can picture the gang sipping coffee chatting about this cool IDEA on how they can infuse lavendar essence into AVN's for the ...more

You need to understand the relationship between academia and industry.  Ceapro sponors research to get the subsidized research they need done. The universities need to publish papers so the professors can attract research funds (govt and private). It's a symbiotic relationship. In addition have you noticed the PhD students that end up working at Ceapro? They get experienced staff who ...more

Ciao, do you really believe they can scale up a German plant?  Have they communicated a time-line, cost estimate or any indication that there is a plan?  Do they have the resources? I appreciate the wonderfully educated PhD staff, however the best innovator I ever worked with was a mold-maker.  With his wife (equally astute), they went on to revolutionize plastic injection molding ...more

Hoffbag, They have experience with their Edmonton plant but they'll get consultants to help with the Germany plant.  I don't know if 20 Metric tons is the capacity for one modular PGX unit, but I would believe so. The plant or facility itself needs upgrades and I'm sure they are hiring consultants and contractors to do the work. As to your aside: Mold-Masters?

yes sir.  Started up Prodevco with Jobst and Waltraud.  the experience was like doing a post-graduate.

And for a timeline and cost for the German plant; They'll need to review which city the plant would be located in (based on incentives) and once a plant is chosen, they'll have a better idea as to the costs involved to get the facilities infrastructure up to GMP standards and production ready. If commercial production (should a deal be made) at the Edmonton plant is not adequate to ...more

"Hopefully if an equity raise is needed they would get their story out there" That's what I've been eluding to for quite some time. In order for the story to get out though, there needs to be a communication plan. It's very clear that Gilles doesn't have one. Does any shareholder want to have a money raise at these low prices? I don't think so. It's obvious that ...more

As we have seen so far with this story, nothing solid enough to promote. Recall how we were all disappointed with not having a deal for a functional drink? You would not want to see this stock promoted 2 years ago based on this, or even the NCC deal by the end of 2020 that did not materialize.   So perhaps until a deal is inked or very close to it,or when they need to do an equity ...more

Proph, you are really are a piece of work and a hypocrite no less. So what you are saying is that Ceapro shouldn't do what you're always doing on this board!  I gues having a keynote speaker address is no big deal. Just like the BILLION dollar markets available to Ceapro with all their "life changing" potential products. Yeast Beta Glucan , Hell of a fantastic discovery, PGX ...more
