This is a million dollar question. IMO: many Rio-Tinto (geo proximity, replacing divestments from fossils, multiple logistic synergies, positioning in batteries material), Vales and other big miners (divestments from fossils, positioning in batteries material), big fertilizers companies: Nutrient (mining sources expenasion), Moasic (divestment from problematic us mining operations) and more. It was reported that big Koreans have had an eye this project, think SK On, EcoPro BM.

Anyways, can you share the link of that interview with the US ambassador to canada on CSPAM? could'nt find it.
