The USA/ DoD could control the scandium market/price if it chose to become involved with DBG/HAT. We can only hope that management has a foot in the door of this opportunity.

At present the USA imports 100% of Sc, mostly from China/Russia.

It makes you wonder what if anything is going on behind closed doors.

There must be a reason but I for one can not understand why management does not have share price trading at $1.40. It's called "share holder value".
