I just have to believe that one of these majors possibly one from Australia who has a lot of experience with Scandium will recognize the value

Reality ... The Hat project is over. The market doesn't lie. The stock will be 20 cents soon. Tax-loss sell now for bag holders. Nobody is buying out a company with no proven resource the project is dead.
