Saw big sells come in at 3.5 so I joined them and sold most of my position.   Could be a reverse split or not and I believe the company is low on funds. I have no idea but am not waiting any longer to find out.

4 failing is a bad sign.. I dumped 4 last week... may have been lucky enough to be one of the last that filled at 4.. with the on and Cash being king these are not the plays that will hold up.. better to move into some quality that gets beaten down than something as suggested that may have a reverse split and need cash.. when 4 fails that doesn't bode well because often its closer to a penny
