I love it. The Market behaves like tepal was priced in the currently valuation... h??? zacatecas is valued at 1/3 and tepal 0... Typical bear market- Just take the Bad news and Headlines :-) Good News

Mexico is becoming more and more of a shite show. This is a well known scam, ie to "steal" claims. In a corrupt country, can pull stuff like that.

There was a surprise which leaked or was at risk of leaking. Since PR's require 24 hours for approval, the halt is necessary if everyone's trying to be honest. My guess is good
