SO  DIA is useing the funds to further thier nickel properties not the diamond one,   INTERESTING.

Sub 5Cent financing conditinal approval would have required a list of use for proceeds. All this happened after that market cross. So my guess, is close the cheap financing while the pre approval is in and accepted. Im sure they could have asked for an over allotment, but didnt want to push their luck. Not a big enough financing to put towards Diagras.....So..... My guess a larger, higher ...more
