With scrn consolidating shares ! How many shares does DM now have in scrn and % of shares. Math not my strength ( lol ) except for counting $$

DM has 3.6m shares of scrn (post consolidation) which represents about 9.47% of current scrn float (before dilution that will be caused by scrn's proposed acquisition - which will add another 33.3m shares to the scrn float).
