This move is smart.  These days some are still reluctant to buy EV because of range issue and charging issue.  EV connect solution solves the problem, so no more excuse, people can buy EV now and don't have to worry about charging issue, all they have to do is to ask for help and a mobile unit will show up and recharge.........you can even book appointment in advance.  It will take many years to build a ton of charging stations, in the mean time we are going to do well, in fact we can even LAND GOVERNMENT AND CORPORATE CONTRACTS!!!!!!!!!!!!  JMHO.

A tech company moving into the EV space is a no brainer, this move is smart, i agree with you on that. Since the NR about this acquistion, the stock has been up, people are liking this news and must agree  since we were up 7% on 6.4m shares from acquiring EV.

Marshall could have invested in almost anything already established in the EV space at a reduced price in these markets but he chose to buy something 1 month old and unproven, that is not adding value that is nasty to us retails when it comes with 66 million dilution shares Now the price and markets love you speak of, it ended the day up a half a penny with a buy back and a total of 6 million
