Looks like he's pushing the price down with small trades.   Works when the volume is low. This is illegal though

Not to sure if everyone here realizes just how bearish the markets are right now , no one is buying large caps even right now , I won't even point out how bad it is for the penny stocks , these have slim to no hope of trending up in this invironment , I don't care what is announced.

Virtu ITG (Investment Technology Group) is Virtu Financial.  As I mentioned in an earlier post one of the things this company provides is "market making' sevices (i.e. liquidity provider).  They have been investigated in the past for predatory trading practices.  What they are doing is trying to stabalize the price from moving as this is what a market maker does.
