A quote from page 8 of the white paper:

It's been a long time since I have thought about MDA in conjunction with DM, but I know there will be some here to whom that rings a bell. 

For the purists, it doesn't mention MDA specifically here, but a year or two ago MDA was routinely mentioned in conjunction with DM on the government contract. Just thought this was interesting.
