It's a stalemate! The penny flippers that got shares at $.015 don't want to remove their Asks at $.02 ...and those that have followed (some of whom would be the same individuals) aren't prepared to buy for anymore than $.015. I agree, it's a slatemate. In this situation, a few good news could easily scoop up those shares. To me one good news would be, when Mr. Park announces there will be NO reverse split, there will be NO namechange and he will focus DM on two fields: growing their existing health vertical and growing their existing AGPT side.
