Technically don't get it

basically I do my research on people (CEO technically inclined staff, demand, etc) but when it gets to all the algebra lol . I don't care just give me overall view of what you think with a little bit of the science behind, but most I know that stuff doesn't really matter to me. It's how the management is dealing with complicated matters, how they address it, what their vision is, is it a product the world wants ,,, that's what I go by. But even though I don't understand the technical points that some posters make ,,,,I Get the positive vibe ,, just afterwards when you state your case ,,,, put it in layman's terms. Much appreciated

Seems like people think $10/share is possible somewhat soon. The further we go into the future, the more fuzzy the guesses get. But generally we're all pretty hyped about it

I keep thinking of all the positive news we should get by the end of this year: A few more wells drilled A reserve analysis Some names of customers (exciting!) Solar plant and refinery Start of production  $10 easy if all this goes as planned. Heck I think $20 is possible given the significant derisking the above would entail and the enhanced publicity around us.

I'll just leave this here... https://www.tweaktown.com/news/79379/tsmc-to-spend-tens-of-billions-more-on-us-based-3nm-chip-factories/index.html

Alternatively, just read this lad. "Our plan is to have 60 to 70 wells online, four years from now. The five wells that we're bringing online, we expect will be generating about $50 million US a quarter in revenue, when they've been upgraded and sold to end users. You can do the numbers on what 60 or 70 wells would bring us. https://metalsnews.com/t1356293i

Thanks Bertie. I could have sworn somebody was saying each well would average $8.9 million/year in revenue. Was that a long time ago or am I confusing DME with RHC again? I'm definitely on board with some of these higher estimates but I always try to be conservative when talking about potential upside with other people

Hi mrfrankl. The $8.9m is the projected revenue if they sell only crude helium (priced at around $280 per m bcf). They are, however, planning to refine the helium, which is a far more valuable end-product (priced at anywhere between 1,200-3,000 per m cu ft). That's why Don Mosher is predicting $50m a quarter from 5 wells. Importantly, once the warrants are fully closed (ten days or so), they ...more

Ok that makes a lot more sense. I assume they'll sell some crude helium initially? And do we know when their solar refining facility will be ready?

From the Mar 25th NR: Additionally, the Company has taken proactive steps in ordering specific components of the processing units, which have the longest lead time for delivery to ensure the on-time startup of our processing facilities in the fourth quarter of 2021.
Comment by Buyhigheatchips on May 15, 2021 5:22pm
From the MetalsNews article: From there, we will look to move into the construction phase, where we build our solar facility, along with our finishing and refinery facility. We were looking to go into production in the fourth quarter of this year. We've had some delays getting permits, so it might set the whole program back a month or two and it may not get into production until first or ...more

As proud as they seem to be of putting this in place as part of the processing facility, I suspect they'll keep us informed every step of the way, along with other updates of noteworthy accomplishments
Comment by 12groundpounder on May 16, 2021 9:36am
No they won't they don't need any money. The fourth quarter or first quarter is not much of a wait.
Comment by 12groundpounder on May 16, 2021 9:33am
That's  at a price of of 280 MCF before refining. After refining he's talking about $1100 MCF $1400 MCF to $3000 mcf . Huge difference. 3 to 10 times the price.

$10  "possible"?   Seriously ?  $10 will be a number in the rear-view mirror if these wells deliver as expected.  $10 might be the  dividend, soon.   No, I am not being facetious, I just know how to use a calculator.

Layman's terms, you say?  Sure.... here it is...  1.  Helium is quite scarce, is already very valuable, and is about to become even more so.  2.  DME / DMEHF has lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots   ( is that enough "lots"? ) of helium.   And about to find even more!  Any other questions?
