1.   They probably don't want it being bought by others it's so strategically important in the near future. They may want a big stock pile of it especially since it's going to be so strategically important national security as well. 2 pounds of that apparently grades in thousand megawatts of power per year.It's such a hassle and costly to get it from the moon. I think of the cost of all of the technology that has to be developed to mind it and cook it on the moon and then in the end it cost you $1 billion in 10 or 45,000 US per ounce. If I could save all that planning and difficulties if Desert Mountain Energy's got tons of it in a lot of their wells we could save the US government a lot of money a lot of worry and provide them the best possible supply of it. They want security of supply and enough of it on hand to be able to use No for experimenting and future do you want to be the buyer of last resort and possibly the only Buyer. I am sure they don't want the Chinese to get a hold of their supply and buy it from underneath their nose because 25 tons of this would completely create all the US needs in terms of electricity for the whole country with the smallest footprint And least cost and would get rid of the danger of US radiation from nuclear facility meltdowns. What a disaster and cost. On top of it I pollution is getting worse and worse and this would alleviate massive pollution and be demanded by the environmental movement with the smallest footprint carbon wise . It would be also the cheapest investment for the biggest beneficial return and largest profit margin ever seen with the cleaning up The atmosphere.
     Can you imagine the Chinese buying the source of this fuel and dominating helium three and nuclear fusion and getting all the benefits from it. I think the US government gonna buy all we Can find as it's cheaper than going to the moon and developing all the technologies to get it it's in their benefit to buy everything we can come up with. Trust me they pay up.
