Dme 1, 5 zone well = 4 that others drill for 5 mln

Others to get the  same helium production as Desert Mountain Energy  have to drill 4 to 7 wells for $1.2 million each . Our 1 well 4 to 5  zones whether they're 4% or 5% or 7% helium since others only get 1% helium they have to drill four to seven wells and drill twice as deep as that to get the same production. This been up to 7 million we spend up to 500,000. We have a huge advantage

A single well can help define the four zones because you can test them independently. But it is very hard to simultaneously produce multiple zones at widely different depths from the same well bore -  partly because the lower zones have much more pressure and the upper zones won't produce until that pressure drops.

It's nice to have a very long life reserves and the institutions want tobuy In Will pay premium premium to get the best. Perhaps later on Arizona will allow us to drill other wells and down space. The important thing is to be the premium of premium helium companies. Once Arizona realizes how rich this is they will realize there's not a threat to the production by allowing down spacing into ...more

You don't know much about reservoirs, so read there press releases. This type of permeability in these reservoirs are great in that they can drain more than a section.  Wells 1 and 2 have the same zone in them and they are not planning to produce the good zone in well 2 due to lower pressure and the first well will drain it anyway.  The original fields were forced to come together ...more

You're not going to have to worry about the wells being too close to each other and over draining the reservoir because we just stepped out 30 miles to the south and need to drill everything back up to wills number one and two. The third well was a 70 mile step out as well we will drill all the anticlines that are conducive to drilling. We don't produce any oil or gas in our wells. The ...more
