Short Selling
Based on some of the data posted on other boards, it appears a significant factor in the stock price drop may be a good old-fashioned short seller attack exploiting the inherent vulnerability of a stock price that (formerly) was above a related pending private placement price.
In truth, it really is hard to really know everything driving the seemingly bizarre movement in any stock price (which could also be driven by investors who know more than we do or investors who have unavoidable needs to sell based on unrelated factors (like risks/opportunities relating to contemporaneous banking crises). Hopefully, DME indeed closes this private placement tomorrow or shortly thereafter. While I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to pick up a significant amount of cheaper shares during this strange period, I will have absolutely no sympathy for any short sellers who get burned in a subsequent (and IMO highly merited) rally in the stock price.
Of course - there are no guaranties when it comes to TSEV/OTC stocks, stocks with little historical revenue, or stocks that trade with a $1 handle. So, good luck to all - and let's hope the bright light that we see on the horizon does not prove to be fool's gold...

I thought the sp would've bounced back to the raise price. Is it possible that some of the shorts bet against the raise being completed and are now exposed? Any chance of a squeeze? That would be fun.
