Permits

From the horse's mouth.... permits are still being pursued. Marta Hodan Wasko is working exclusively on it with Robert You'll see her name on on the ADEQ site being listed as the APP administrator. That was her previous position prior to DME. Marta has the agreement from Robert and Don to hire a hydrology firm to assist in the permits. According to ADEQ permit application/approval process takes up to 300 days.... According to DME it could be up to 2 years and a few hundred thousand $$'s.

If so, then the company should come out and say that.  What is the pathway to permitting?  What actions are the company taking in the application process? And, if permitting is being pursued, then surely the flow rates at the wells support the process for production.  Okay, tell us what the flow rates are.  Why should we believe any of this without the well data to support ...more
