DMG has US$ 80 mill Book Value at June 30th.

Market cap today is US$ 35 mill, with no debt and no unfunded capex requirements.

Iris Energy likes BC, it can offer a takeover bid valued at US$50 mill and retrofit fans at Christina Lake or decide to spend Cdn$ 10-15 mill for immersion, no brainer decision and new Directors will make the decision.
