Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - October 30, 2023) - District Metals Corp. (TSXV: DMX) (OTCQB: DMXCF) (FSE: DFPP); ("District" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the Company and its Swedish subsidiary (District Metals AB) have executed a Definitive Agreement dated October 27, 2023 with Boliden Mineral AB ("Boliden"), an arms-length party. Pursuant to the Definitive Agreement, Boliden and District will collaborate in the development of District's wholly-owned polymetallic Tomtebo Property and Boliden's wholly-owned polymetallic Stollberg Property.
