So after all this, what is the fair value???

Taking into consideration, the 2 new narrow interdepts, and the pending paper storm, I would say this to be worth between and including 11 & 13 cents. GLTA

Because the company's biggest shareholder owned over 10%...

he must report trades. The record shows that he sold 706, 000 shares at an average of $.34 which once he cashed brought him below 10%. Now he can dump without reporting. From the Dec. PP, 5.9million ...more
