Majority shareholders are Agnico and Osisko
Together they own about 97 MILLION shares of Cartier. With that kind of backing and the recent drill results , this company will soar once the retail buyers find out about it. The board needs to get this story out. Maybe they dont want to ? who knows. Funny things happen.
