Hey All,
Have been doing some research into this company, and am just scratching my head a bit as to what the hold-up is. I get that the <2% Cg isn't that appealing in some regards, but it seems like the ease of separation from the substrate more than makes up for this. Ya, their oldschool gear looks a bit ridiculous, but if the mine really only requires gravel pit scale tech, then that in itself would actually be a boon for margins I would think.
Is it really just an issue of funding holding up their potential to expand production to meet their offtake agreements??? If the offtake agreement is there why would any bank in their right mind not make a $30mill investment given the current climate??
There are companies in this space with market caps 10x larger than this that don't have permits to begin mining... companies that haven't even completed environmental assessments.... Do they just suck at marketing?
Any and all perspectives would be appreciated.
Not holding, DYOR
