I agree with EastCoast, despite my earlier comments (I was hoping for a short-term gain here today).  New financing almost always disadvantages existing shareholders in the short term, but if that money is put to good use, the enterprise value will increase accordingly, followed by the share price.  Patience is required.

Thank you for that eastcoast  I am new to trading and don't know all the ina an outs yet that's probably why I react the way I do.  It I've been holding fcc for 8 months now since the 10mil government funding was announced and planned on holding until end of 2022 at least. I think it must be lack of knowledge that leads me to think the way I do, which is why I like this forum
