Glencore

I question Glencore's motives. On one hand they seem to be very supportive to Electra but on the other I'm not so sure. With today's announcement where Glencore is investing $200M into Licycle and last month signing an agreement with GM to supply Cobalt sulphate from Murrin Murrin, one would think they are trying to compete with Electra. I don't trust Glencore and in the end, I can see them owning Electra for a bargain price.
