Shares on the different Exchanges?

Anybody can explain how the 31.245.233 shares are divided on the 3 different exchanges (TSXV, Nasdaq, Germany-Wkn:A3DHHD / 18P)

Today there is at the moment a massive volume
TSXV: 166.066
Nasdaq: 1.687.234
Total approx 6% which is +20 times average.

Who knows how it works?
and:
Something is going on for sure with that volume?
and:
Why would 6% of the shareholders even consider selling at this point?

Well, you buy/sell shares on whatever exchange you have access to. The massive volume on Nasdaq is unusual though. Something going on...maybe funds buying, although they're usually more subtle about it.
