I Can NOT RECALL EVER Seeing Such a HUGE DisConnect Between a BOUGHT DEAL Share Offering vs the Current Trading share pricing.

The 44 Cent Bought Deal VS the 34 Cent Trading Price is a HUGE 10 CENT GAP !!!!!

Could be the REASON might be the BROKERS who did this BOUGHT DEAL could not Flip their shares to Their CLIENT BASE__Thus Being FORCED to SELL into the Open Market__Driving the TRADING PRICE Down eh ????
