The Company has options to acquire a 100% interest in various properties, including Troitsa Copper Property (the Troitsa Property), Roslyn Lithium Property (the Roslyn Property) and Atikokan Lithium Property (the Atikokan Property). The Troitsa Property is located in the Omineca Mining Division of British Columbia, consisting of 26 mineral claims over approximately 7,000 hectares. The Roslyn Property is located 50 kilometers northeast of Nipigon, northwestern Ontario. The Roslyn Property consists of 12 mineral claims over approximately 5,100 hectares.
