Not bashing , just see a poorly run company with plenty of NR's none of them pan out and that is reflected in the volume and stock price. What intrigues me is the LIUNA factor. They are not going to walk away with a 200M loss . So they will watch these guys run it in to the ground and scoop it up for pennies or for what they are owed.
