These are FACTS.  I e-mailed the lawyers that are looking into bringing a class action suit against WEEDMD.  The potential exists. Considering WEEDMD hasn't been cash positive in the last 5 years , how plausible does raising 80 million seem in a year?  You do realize 2022 is next year right?  Since the term "not so distant future is relative", it is appropriate.

In retrospect investing in this sector wasn't a mistake, but investing in the smaller players definitely was. Aphria or Canopy you could have made money on by just holding, Weedmd and others were mismanaged for some time now, on top of that after Keith and company were let go it turned south very quickly. I have some hope this can still turn around but need to see Q1 financials first.

There has been some good news on the operational front with higher sales and new products, kudos for that. It makes me believe they are finally turning this around. I can't get my had around this recent financing as that $30 million LOC was to last for a few more quarters. Now the question we need to ask is if the situation is as dire as this foresees or is this recent financing just a safety

I had 300,000 too!!  I got caught up last time this stock soared and was holding to the moon!  I definitely seized the opportunity to pull a profit this time.  Selling 50,000 shares here,25,000 there all the while it was climbing, knowing this was likely to tank again at any given moment.   Same as you, I got my orders placed to buy again in the low 30's, and if by the

Oh I remember to the moon very clearly. To be honest managed to hold Aphria through the short attack a few years back, that really tested my nerves. After that incident you develop nerves of steel. But yes this run up was a gift to many longs that wanted to get out. I have been here since 2017, pretty much since the start and don't even tell me about the lost opportunity cost.
