The REVworx facility houses both a batch 10 kilowatt (kW) and 60kW continuous vacuum-microwave line to accelerate the commercialization of products made with EnWave’s patented technology. Its technologies also include nutraREV, quantaREV, and freezeREV.

NutraDried either being shuttered in an orderly manner , joint ventured or sold.
Yahoo, as they say, it's long been apparent that Enwave proved its' point about product development with NutraDried and that profitability was nearly impossible due to lack of control over the cheese price.
Great move.
