RE:RE:Brent are you even at the office? $ 0.38 cents says NO!I can't argue with much that you say but there is one correction I'd like to make

" I applaud the management team and board for finally making a decision  to wind up the company."

They made the overdue decision to close NutraDried and refocus the company on the technology sales and associated royalties ; this may or may not be part of the process of winding up company eventually. There is NO strategic process going on with the company.

I'm both surprised and not surprised by the fall in stock price since the announcement . The refocusing of the company ( after numerous attempts to develop/fix NutraDried) in my mind should have lead to a stock rise. On the other hand , losing one of three analysts ( and possibly more to come - no underwriting business here?) could have been anticipated.
