This is just a guess so bare with me. Say Shell, BP, Chevron or CNOOC take 80% of the Guyana block for a carry til production then a 60/40 repayment like the SA block. Whoever takes over will almost ...more

They hold exploration licenses for some of the best offshore drilling locations at the time being.  They also have cash in the bank, and TOTAL will drill a couple wells for them next year off of ...more

EOG is not near the  company that SEI.V is. SEI.V is operating in real big boy stuff . EOG is hoping to big boy stuff.  jmho
