False alarm, the guys are just lining pockets along with GEM, settle debt by issuing shares. Good news is why would they take shares to forgive debt; including GEM. I get it, no cash and shares are likely the best thing to nothing. But hopefully they're cooking something up. I'll also say the debt the guy accumulated was basically SG&A; i.e. pay themselves for doing nothing for share
