How is Encanto's stock being traded?

My stock tracker shows shares of Encanto where trade yesterday.  How is this happening with a stock that is halted?   We have $800/ton retail potash and this company is duing nothing to capitalize on this opportunity.  What a joke!

It is halted in Canada however it can still trade over the counter in the USA, Agree wth you completely. Potash prices are amazing and we don't even get any kind of update on Encanto after this long delay of not coming back to the market yet..... Shareholders deserve more from the company
