Re: eQube Gaming Ltd. has appointed Michael D. Kahn as the company's new chief financial officer
Mr. Kahn has extensive capital markets and merger and acquisition advisory experience, gained as an investment banker with Morgan Stanley Canada, TD Securities and Kensington Capital Partners. Mr. Kahn has also served as a director of a capital pool company and a private financial services company, and he has hands-on experience providing strategic and financial consulting services to early stage public companies. Mr. Kahn earned a bachelor of commerce from McGill University in 1991 and a master of business administration from the University of Western Ontario in 1995.
