Private placement for gross proceeds of $500,000! EasTower Wireless ($ESTW.v) recently announced a proposed non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to $500,000! The net proceeds will be used for working capital.
Previously, ESTW signed an MSA with one of the world's largest tower operators in mid-June, positioning ESTW as its approved contractor for further developments as well as for further mandates in its three tenancy markets.
