I've never been a fan of stock options .

It's not options that's the issue imo.  It's the pp, at least the second time a pp has caused the stock to crater.

I like to think of them as commission cheques, you don't get any unless you produce positive results. So lately any warrants issued should be few and far between if they are based on current share price appreciation!!! UNKLAL

Did you mean options?  They are compensation for work preformed, a reward for success.   Warrants attached to a properly priced private placement puts you in the same camp as long investors.
