Possible buy out

It's hard for me to imagine Imperial Oil/ExxonMobil 
sitting on the sidelines watching a giant like Posco
(or any other major player) snatch up E3 and their huge asset without at least making an offer......no?

What about POSCO bringing a consortium of friends, as a newly formed LLC, that points to an AB build-out
