Not really. He exercised options for 100k shares, and then sold 72k of them. Still up 28k net, for a total of 345k.

I never said it was good, just not exactly 'dumping' shares when his overall holdings went up by 28k shares. Exercised the options at 1.38, sold them at 2.14. Realized a before tax profit of a massive $54000. I see nothing nefarious here.

I agree, nothing nefarious going on here, but selling 72,000 shares in one day when there's little buying interest? Little consideration to us little guys.

Profit it good, that's why we do what we do. Keeping that in mind, don't you think he'd maximize his profit on those shares if he sold them over the course of 2 or 3 days? Keeping in mind how low the trading volumes have been lately.

not nefarious but I'm still vindictive enough to look forward to voting against future options. O Hara is well overdue for a permanent dumping.
