When the Automobile first appeared, it was a novelty bought by people with money as a toy.
The Wright brothers were thought to be more crazy then serious.
1977, Ken Olsen, "There is no reason for any individual to have a computer in his home."
1984 every home in ten will have a computer in it by 2000.
We all know how just these alone ended up.
Regardless of any news good or bad. Always hiccups ups and downs. But EV’s will be the future and Lithium will be the new gold until something new is invented.
How long this will last who knows.
Maybe ‘Beam Me Up’ will be after EV.

Cell phones, who doesn't have one? Solid state batteries will make a huge difference to EV's, extended range, faster charging and more safe.

I think we will see some different goals if the conservatives take power next year, but I am with you on the overall trend.
