How do you monitor WHO is making trades

I have gone into SEDAR and IIROC and it provides some info but I feel I am not in the right place. To be honest, I have never needed to know the specific details on buying/selling other than the overall volume. However, in the case of E3, it seems that anytime there is a bit of a run up, there is a larger order that suppresses it back down. It's happening today and a few times in the past weeks. Where do you go to monitor?

If you're talking about which brokerages are selling/buying you can get 20 minutes delayed for free at Stockwatch.com or pay for real time.  Other sites do as well,  not sure of any real time other than paying.
