E3 SH Call

Not too much additional detail provided but lots of teasers:
1) They know the cost
2) They are almost done PFS and expect it in Q2.
3) Capital raise in the end of 2024
4) Staffing up with mostly engineer
5) They are changing the initial feed rate from 20ktpy previous stated.

It seems optimistic by Chris. I am still indifferent but if your willing to take the risk, there could be a upswing here soon.

I have no idea why Ray continues to sidestep and confirm the capital structure of the company. If it's published, restate it.

I think changing the plant rate from 20ktpa is going to be a lesser amount rather than larger because Chris reiterated how quickly they plan to start the 2nd plant.

I wonder how they plan for fund those two plants. If it is with share dilution then that is not a good thing. Debt would be better and net cashflow not so bad either. Taking on debt and using cash flow to service debt would be the best strategy (i.e. leverage). CFO has yet to fully prove his worth if you ask me. If he does not take the time to go over the options with shareholders, it comes off ...more

Chris and Raymond have said many times, consistently, that their intent is to build the plant in a manner that minimizes dilution for existing shareholders. Believe them or not, I guess. Personally I believe them, and am looking 2-3 years down the road for value to be achieved. I have read their plan, understand their plan, and agree with their plan, and so far aside from some minor delays (in the ...more

Your posts are usually good to read Arvid and what your saying if pans out as such will be a real coup for us SH. Can you imagine a Billion maybe multibillion $$$$$  company going forward with such a small float. LOL boggles the mind. And as you say, same as yesterday, ya can only believe what we are being told. Right or Wrong, guess future will let us know. Not in the same league for sure ...more

I agree that you cannot be a paranoid and distrusting person. It's not uncommon to raise equity in the front end, you have no cashflow to service debt and free money is sparce. I see dilution in the future, and at these prices, it would be devastating given the upcoming capital need. Let's hope they get that SP up before going to market.
